As Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management and Procurement, Mr. Roeloffs is responsible for architecting innovative, customer-centric supply chains that deliver the lowest landed cost, maximum flexibility, and continuity of supply. He also leads the development and execution of global sourcing strategies that enable operational excellence and long-term value creation.

Mr. Roeloffs is a seasoned global operations and supply chain executive with more than three decades of experience across the telecommunications, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with world-class organizations including Sanmina, Maxar Technologies, Honeywell, and Intel.

Prior to joining SMTC, Mr. Roeloffs held key positions spanning industrial engineering, strategic sourcing, factory management, and global supply chain operations. He holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is APICS CPIM certified.
