As Human Resources Director, Ms. Sandoval is responsible for Management, oversight and standardization of the practices and processes of the HR Departments in the Mexico Plants, as well as the creation of the HR strategy for the development and engagement of personnel and the way to achieve company goals.

Ms. Sandoval's contribution to SMTC consists of a proven history working in the manufacturing industry, with a solid and practical understanding of business needs. Passionate, enthusiastic, people and results oriented, with progressive experience in handling union affairs, driving engagement, succession planning, human capital development, talent acquisition and with a solid knowledge in the different areas of human resources.

Ms. Sandoval holds a Bachelor degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua, in Industrial Relations.
