As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Robert Pischke (Bob) has 30 plus years of information technology experience, including 20 years in the C-Suite. With experience in five discrete vertical industries, both Fortune 100 & DAX 30, and 20 years of global experience including Europe, A-Pac, China, & S. America, Bob draws on a variety of best practices to create enterprise economic value. Prior to joining SMTC, Mr. Pischke spent the last 5 years leading teams to construct advanced algorithms in machine learning. He has over 15 years' experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics, transportation and over 10 years in both industrial & high-tech manufacturing. Additionally, he specializes in Merger & Acquisition integrations, with over $7B completed.

With an acute sense of urgency and passion, Bob has lead three information technology team turn arounds while digitalizing business processes. He prides himself on working in collaboration with both external and internal customers working to achieve mutual outcomes.

Mr. Pischke holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems and attended Thunderbird International School of Management for Global Leadership and has won a variety of computer industry awards including being named Dallas 2017 Global CIO of the Year.
