Robb Turbeville is joining SMTC Corporation as Vice President General Manager, responsible for direct sales, channels and alliances, product engineering, as well as leading SMTC's operations. Mr. Turbeville is driven to facilitate continuous improvement and lean manufacturing resulting in profitable growth for the company and its customers.

Mr. Turbeville brings over 15 years of commercial, defense, and aerospace experience. Before joining SMTC Mr. Turbeville served as Program Manager at Leonardo DRS as well as in various leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Harris Corporation, including over a decade at Danaher Corporation. Mr. Turbeville is a decorated combat veteran who led Army Rangers through 4 deployments in special operations and received a Bronze Star for Leadership in combat from the United States Army.

Mr. Turbeville holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business.
