As VP & GM of our Campbell, California plant, Mr. Xuan is responsible for plant P&L, operations and KPIs. Prior to this new role Chris was VP of Global Operations and GM of our Zacatecas, Mexico plant.

Chris has over 25 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Before joining SMTC Chris was the GM and VP of Korita, Suzhou, China, an aviation and rail electronics firm. Prior to Korita, Chris held the role of country GM for CTS Corporation a tier II global EMS provider and components manufacturer in Tianjin, China. Prior to CTS, Chris held senior operations roles at Delphi and Jabil, China.

Chris holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Jilin University.
