As Vice President, Global Human Resources, Mr. Kingston leads the talent acquisition and development of culture for SMTC.

Prior to this role, Mr. Kingston led MC Assembly’s Human Resources department as Director of Human Resources, building world-class programs for talent, total rewards, diversity, employee experience, and more. Mr. Kingston brings more than 14 years of experience to SMTC, having held a number of senior HR leadership roles beyond MC Assembly, including technology, engineering and start-up companies.

Mr. Kingston holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ferris State University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. Kingston continues to give back to the community as an Adjunct Professor for Eastern Florida State College and a Mentor with, Take Stock in Children, program of Brevard County.
