As VP and GM of SMTC Mexico, Mr. Cavalcante is responsible to lead optimum solutions and strategies through the effective management of people, systems, procedures, innovation and continuous improvement at the Chihuahua Mexico facility. Mr. Cavalcante is focused on delivering exceptional support to external and internal customers, team members, and shareholders by continually striving to exceed their expectations.

With over twenty-five years’ experience in operations and business management, working in Brazil, Mexico, China and Europe, Mr. Cavalcante has had great success building and leading operational excellence, across manufacturing facilities and distribution organizations. Mr. Cavalcante holds a BS, Electrical Engineering, Amazonas University, MBA, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Amazonas University, MBA, Finance - FGV, Six Sigma Black belt Certified - ASQ, Bronze & Silver Lean Certified.
