SMTC is experienced in manufacturing a variety of technologies using the latest substrates and PCB materials available.

Our equipment supports a wide range of components, from 0201 chips to BGAs, CSPs and large odd-shaped components up to 150mm long. Speeds can range from 45,000 cph on chipshooters to 8000 cph on odd-parts.
